A breaker that keeps tripping, an outlet that quit, a heat pump that needs a look. Members get 10% off service and repair visits. New installations get their own member perks, below.
TZ Bucks toward your next big install
Every year you're a member, $125 in TZ Bucks goes on your account. Put them toward a new heat pump, generator, panel or other installation. Five years in, that's $625 off.
Members-only financing windows
Every December and January, and again June through August, members can get longer financing terms on new systems, like 24 or 36 months, if you qualify.
First in line when you call
Members move to the top of our schedule in our core service area around Catskill. It isn't a promise of same-day service, but you'll be at the top of the list for the next opening.
Bigger promo discounts
When we run a promo, members get more. When everyone gets $500 off a new mini-split install, members get $650 off.

Your house has one electrical system, one heating and cooling system, and one set of pipes. Our team handles all three out of the same shop on Route 32 in Catskill, so one call covers whatever comes up. The Signature Plan makes each of those calls cost a little less.

Have a generator or a mini-split?
Those plans cover the yearly maintenance on that equipment. The Signature Plan adds savings on everything else in the house, and they work side by side.
Questions people ask
Is this a warranty?
No. The plan saves you money and moves you up our schedule. It doesn't replace your equipment's manufacturer warranty or add a new one.
Can I sign up during a service call?
Yes. Ask your tech. Join that day and we take 10% off that call.
When do TZ Bucks show up?
$125 goes on your account right away for each year of membership, starting the day you join. Use them on any new installation while your plan is active.
Do the discounts stack?
One member discount per job. The one exception: TZ Bucks can go on top of the member promo discount on a new installation.
Where does priority scheduling apply?
In our core service area around Catskill. Members farther out get every other benefit at the normal schedule.
Can I cancel?
The plan runs one year and renews each year. Send us a written or email request to cancel before your renewal. The year is paid up front, so canceling early does not refund the current year.
I'm on Core, Preferred or Elite. What happens?
Nothing changes until your renewal. Give us a call and we'll help you move to the new plan.
Plan terms
What's included
The five member benefits above, at the enrolled service address. Service calls, repairs, parts and installations are billed as usual, with your member discounts applied. The plan does not include a maintenance visit or an extended warranty.
Plan term and renewal
The plan runs one year from the day you join and renews automatically each year until canceled. The $540 membership fee is paid up front for the year.
Service call discount
10% off service and repair visits for electrical, heating and cooling, and plumbing at the enrolled address. It does not apply to new installations, which have their own member benefits. Repair discounts are capped at a maximum of $5,000 per service invoice.
TZ Bucks
$125 in TZ Bucks is added at the start of each paid membership year. TZ Bucks apply to new installations only, can be combined with the member promo discount, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire if the membership lapses or is canceled.
Financing windows
Extended financing terms are offered to members in December and January and from June through August, through our lending partners and subject to credit approval. Terms, rates and windows can change.
Priority scheduling
Membership gives faster placement in our service queue inside our core service area. It does not guarantee same-day service. Weather, safety, and circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather events may affect our availability.
Equipment access
Safe, clear access to equipment is required. Systems that are unsafe, non-compliant, or beyond service may be excluded.
Benefit rules
One member discount applies per job, except that TZ Bucks may be combined with the member promo discount on a new installation. Promo amounts for members are set with each promotion. Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled customer and service address.
Changes to the plan
TZ Electric may update pricing, benefits, and terms with written notice 60 days before renewal. Plan rates are subject to a 2% increase every year.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by email; verbal requests are not valid. The yearly fee is paid up front and is not refunded for the remainder of a term. If you cancel early, member discounts and TZ Bucks used during the current term are billed at standard, non-member rates. TZ Electric may end a membership for non-payment, misuse of membership benefits, or unsafe conditions.
