Job Overview:

We are seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The

Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient

operation of the office. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be

meticulous about details and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative:

‍

● Answer the phone

● Respond to emails

● Manage calendars

‍

Software:

‍

● Google Suite

● Microsoft Suite

● CRM software

‍

Data Entry Tasks:

‍

● Capture client information, following an intake script

● Order entry

● File management

‍

Other tasks as assigned

‍

Qualifications:

● A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's Degree is preferred.

● Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

● Solid organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks

effectively.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and the Google

Office Suite.

● Ability to operate standard office equipment, including phone systems and

printers.

Schedule:

● Full-Time, Monday to Friday

● Weekend and overtime as needed during high peak times.

Highly Competetive Pay: $20 - $26 per hour (based on experience)

Supplemental Pay:

Experience:

● Residential electrical: 5 years minimum (Required)
